Since we work with multiple trusted third-party suppliers, estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier location:


- Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days

- Expedited Shipping (if available): 3-7 business days


Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, supplier location, and your shipping address. Any free shipping offers are determined by individual suppliers and will be clearly displayed on the product page.


Multiple Packages


If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package when available.


Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.


Delays


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Weather conditions

- Customs processing

- Carrier strikes or disruptions

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Supplier processing delays (dropshipping fulfillment)


Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the supplier's policy.


Incorrect Address


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may be charged for re-shipping.
